Reviews of AAA Travel Agency

American Automobile Association (AAA) agency is one of the best agency in the USA. It is best if you able to know about this agency who personally use it. So we collect the reviews from different site to get the reviews. Here are the reviews from different user of this AAA travel agency.
Review 1:
AAA is a large reputable company. I book my own travel and only have gotten AAA discounts in the USA at large chain hotels. When I go to Europe I use smaller local hotels or B&Bs to get more of the local flavor. You will have more choices of places to stay if you try to do some research on this web site in the UK forums. You can ask questions , give your budget in UK currency and folks will help you plan your trip.
IF you feel more comfortable using an agent for this trip there is nothing wrong with starting a conversation at the AAA office. Why don’t you let them help you get started and then you can decide if you actually want them to book the trip for you.

Review 2:
We always have AAA pull our trip plans together. Usually Lisha is our agent. She is enthusiastic and certainly knows her way around the computer sites to get the information and reservations we need. It is so much less stressful than trying to do all that on our own.

Review 3:
We planned a trip to Italy but it was cut short with my husband’s hospitalization in Naples. Our tour guide Ago and our AAA representative Shelbie Williams couldn’t have been more helpful. Allianz trip insurance and Trafalgar were also helpful. I highly recommend planning trips through Shelbie and the AAA staff. We would not travel any other way!!!
Review 4:
The customer service person, Lisha was excellent. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. My wife and I were very impressed with the Lima office and staff.
Review 5:
I like the convenience of picking up tour books and maps at the Lima Office. The consultant who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I was able to choose my needed books and maps and then finish up with the consultant very efficiently.
Reviews 6:
Excellent customer service. We’ve used this location several times this year looking for the best rates for flights, hotel, and rental cars. I highly recommend them for all your travel needs. Many Thanks, especially to our Travel Consultant, Lisha Dickrede, for all her assistance!

Reviews of Employee :
- Worst descion I made to work for this company. They do not care about their workers and clients. Very number and membership driven. You must be competitive and go against your coworkers, no team work. You must be for yourself and sell only products and vendors that give AAA the best incentive. Do not give your clients what maybe the best for them and their needs. Very sad, the best thing they should do is get out of the travel agency business.
- I felt AAA/Auto Club Group was a great company to work for. I worked from them for 17 years and was furlough and job was eventually eliminated. I retired in September. Covid hit the travel industry so hard and I am glad I was able to retire from travel sales. The CEO brought the company Up to date with technology and appealing to the to the users of the internet.
- Employees got up left their jobs and just walked out several times. Some of them never returned, not even to pick up their personal belongings. The management would blame everything on the employees.
- orking as a travel agent with AAA the experience is a very relaxed atmosphere. The hours are pretty much set times and does not allow room for a lot of flexibility.
